As a response to the rising cases of COVID-19, the Ministry of Health imposed a new policy regarding masks. Patients and visitors MUST wear a MEDICAL MASK when entering any health care facilities. This means that you must now wear MEDICAL MASKS for your in-person visits. Cloth and other alternative face-covering is not adequate anymore.

Medical mask defined by the Ministry of Health:

Medical mask: A medical grade face mask that meets ASTM International and ISO(or equivalent) performance requirements for bacterial filtration efficiency, particulate filtration efficiency, fluid resistance, pressure differential, flame spread, skin sensitivity and cytotoxic testing.
